Summary of spending and actions taken: In order to achieve this, this year we have employed another member of staff (an NQT – Newly Qualified Teacher) to teach our Years 5 and 6 children. This has reduced the class sizes throughout school and has ensured that children in the same Key Stage remain in the same class; there is no overlap. In addition, Teaching Assistants work closely with very small groups of children and with individual children on specific learning targets. Teacher for the additional class - £7,200 Resources & Assessment - £2,220 Total - £9,420 |
